Copper Flexible Braid Connector

The primary purpose of the braided design is to provide a durable and highly flexible connection that can withstand movement, vibration, and thermal expansion/contraction in electrical systems, unlike rigid busbars or solid cables which are prone to breakage under such conditions. The numerous fine wires (ranging from 0.05 mm to 0.30 mm in diameter) allow for significant bending and twisting without compromising electrical integrity or mechanical strength. 

• Material: Made from Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) copper with a minimum purity of 99.9% for superior conductivity.
• Finish: Available in bare (natural) copper, or with tin or silver plating to enhance corrosion resistance and improve contact performance.
• Flexibility: The woven structure offers excellent flexibility in multiple axes, depending on whether it is a flat, round, or rope braid.
• Durability: The construction provides robust mechanical strength and resistance to fatigue, abrasion, and heat.
• High Conductivity: Copper is an excellent conductor of electricity, and the braided structure can increase the surface area, allowing it to carry high currents efficiently with minimal heat generation.
